Hello,
I have a blanket order for fasteners and I do not know why several parts keep showing up on my buyer workbench despite the total quantity being increased on the purchase order. Please see my time phase example for a specific part below. There are 19 lines on my workbench for this specific part alone with qty 2 needed for dates from 8/6/2022 until 06/13/2023.
It looks like those requirements are Direct requirements, and are not pulling from stock. The receipt for 15,000 EA on 3/16 is going to stock, though. Can you show the full Time Phase screen (or at least the Exception column) with the Suggestions box checked? It’s hard to tell from the limited screenshot.
Thank you, Tyler. Here is the full screen shot of time phase with the suggestions box checked.
It does not have all the lines in this screenshot. It shows a balance of 15,049 starting at 04/04/2023.
Here is the rest of time phase.
Those jobs have this material as a Purchase Direct requirement, so Epicor is not using the parts in stock to satisfy demand. The blanket PO for 15,000 EA also looks like it is set up to be received into stock. If you want Epicor to “see” that PO as available for these jobs, you will either need to add releases to the PO tied directly to the jobs, or you will need to uncheck the Purchase Direct flag on these materials so Epicor knows it can use the parts in stock as supply.
