Have you tried to do a "negative" Issue to Manufacturing and then issue it
to the new job?

Edward it is just material on the job not a complete assembly. It was
purchased for an R & D job because they weren't sure it was going to work so
we didn't bother creating the part in Vantage. Now it works and they want to
