Best Resource for learning Service Connect on E10

I need to alter a Work Flow in Service Connect but am not sure where to start. The only resource I have is the Epicor Service Connect User Guide. Any suggestions would help! Thanks

Reading through the service connect user guide is probably the best place to start. It’s dense material but if you go slow it will make sense.

In addition you are welcome to ask questions about your workflow issue here and with enough detail, could probably get a solid answer
