Is there a setting to prevent users from deleting resources? Currently if a user deletes a resource, it leaves orphaned records in the RTU table. This causes a problem when running global scheduling.

I have had employee ID’s show up as resources. When I wanted to removed them I first MOVED them to a generic resource I created Z001 - Misc. to see if it would cause any issues as a precaution so I could easily move them back if needed. After 4 months I then deleted them.
I don’t allow anyone but myself and one other to get to resource groups and once you have a labor record that resource is not allowed to be deleted, so I just move them.
