We use Bartender to print our tags, as it works much better than SSRS. We are a cloud customer, but have our server internally that grabs the FTP file from Epicor to print a tag. The problem we run into, is that something trips the services on our server and we have to go back in and turn them off/on again in order for tags to print.
It seems to happen on Sunday nights around midnight, but we are not running any backups or updates at the time. I don’t know what would trip that to where we can’t print tags.
Has anyone else ever run into this problem?
