Out of curiosity, what, if anything, needs to be done in Epicor for Bartender to work? We already have Bartender up and running, but I was not around when it was initially configured.
I know that we have the Seagull License Server running and have access to it to see our Licensed Printer Count and such, but I don’t know what would need to be done on the Epicor side for it.
I am asking because my supervisor told me that we are out of maintenance and need our License for Bartender from Epicor…but I am not sure what she is referring to.
Our IT Manager has the contact info, which is why I was confused as to what was being asked of me…I just wanted to be sure my thought process was correct before saying anything to my supervisor.
Is that a 5 pack of BT Enterprise licenses? If so, I don’t think that those are being used, since we have an 80 pack of licenses from a different 3rd party reseller…
I don’t know never bought through epicor if that’s what that’s from. My colleague buys the licensing so I can’t really answer many more questions in detail.
