Chris,
The runtime appears to be the problem. I removed Epicor Reports XI R2. Net 3.0 Runtime in favor of Crystal Reports XI R2 .NET 3.0 Runtime SP5 and now the barcode font is showing on the screen and label.

Thanks to all -Karl

Â
Vantage/Epicor only churns out data in an xml which doesn't contain barcodes, it contains data for the barcodes.
Â
This sounds like it might be PC/Crystal/Font related.
Â
Is the version of Crystal runtime on the thrid PC the same as the ones on the other PCs?
Â
Other than that, it could be driver related for the printer.

Is the printer driver for the third user set to use printer fonts?

Subject: [Vantage] Barcode font not displaying
I have a label that has a barcode on it using DataWorks Bar 39. The
label was created in Crystal. Two users are printing successfully using
this label now. A third user was included to print this label but the
barcode portion of the label is showing in an oversize Arial font as
*G5288-0000* (where the info between the stars is the part number). The
user has the network label printer among their printers and they have
the DataWorks font on their machine. I have seen this problem before but
just can't remember what else needs to be done to print the barcode. Any
help stirring my gray matter?
Thanks, -Karl
