BAQ Report SSRS Breaking/Routing that sends an email is erroring since the 2024.2.10 Upgrade

We recently upgraded to 2024.2.10 in our Pilot environment and now BAQ Reports using SSRS Breaking/Routing to send emails are erroring. Has anyone else experienced this? If so how did you resolve?

Error we are getting is: Failed to launch task to submit report. Error: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
—> Ice.Api.Exceptions.UnknownRestException: HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

Could be related to your email settings not being correct or perhaps your Reporting settings in Company maintenance.

@Hally Nothing has changed in our email or Reporting settings so unless the upgrade now requires a different setup that we didn’t have before I don’t believe that is the issue. This is working in our Production environment which is still on 2024.1.15

Might be worth a sanity check, just to be sure… Other area to check may be the system agent user details, but if other reports etc are running then I doubt it…

I did verify these settings and my Pilot and Production environment look the same so nothing has changed.

Found the issue…In the data directive Auto Print setup the Run Schedule was set to Immediate. I changed this to Queued and the email now sends. Prior to 2024.2.10 using Immediate worked :woman_facepalming: I found this suggestion in another user group post Bartender RDD from BAQ - #7 by DaveOlender
