Can you set a BAQ Report Designer Option Field Default Value to another Option Field Value?

We will have 3 sets of Date Ranges on the Report Options for flexibility and wondered if we could put an expression in the Default Value to set the date to an already input Option Filed Date Value. Leaving the option open to having all 3 date ranges different if needed.

Sounds like something you would have to do via Customization to the print screen
