BAQ - Ranked Customer Sales

Hi,

I'd do a BAQ Report that includes a query of customers with a summary of the
sales amounts for the one period and then do an ODBC to get the sales
amounts for the second time-frame (I'd customize the form to add a second
start/end date that would get passed to Crystal for the subreport)

Customer -> OrderHed -> OrderDtl -> OrderRel

However, there is usually a big difference between orders and invoiced
amounts

Customer -> InvoiceHead -> InvoiceDtl

I am looking to build Customer Sales report by rank. It would contain
customer id, customer name, customer group, customer territory, current year
sales, previous year sales, current period sales and rank. I know I can get
some of the info from customer head but i do not know where i would get the
rest of the info. any help would be apprieciated.
