BAQ - QuoteMtl outer join to Part table

Wondering what version of Epicor?
It's been a while but I remember a few issues with joins in early revs of E9.05.xxx
I received a fix from Epicor for one issue.

We have a BAQ that has an outer join from the QuoteMtl table to the Part table.  Has anyone run into this issue where this outer join to the Part table is not working correctly?  It looks like the BAQ is only returning the records where there is a part in the Part table.

Select the table relationship and ensure the Parent table is QuoteMtl and the Child table is Part, then make sure Outer join is checked. Visually the relationship should show the arrow going from Part to QuoteMtl.

Also, take a look at the Query Phrase textbox in the General tab.  Make sure that QuoteMtl appears in it before Part.  Otherwise Epicor will look for the parts first, producing the error you described.  You can fix this by deleted the part box from your phrase build then readding it.  This will force the part to the bottom of the phrase.
