I have a couple of employees that would like to learn how to create queries, however, I have not found a way to limit the tables they have access to. Is there somewhere other than menu maintenance that permissions have to be updated for them to not have access to certain data like labor rates, GL activity, etc.? In testing this out it seems like any user that has BAQ access would have full access to all tables.
If the BAQ program would limit permissions to tables based on the employee’s menu access that would be ideal!
