I am a beginner at creating baq’s. I am trying to pull all costs from a supplier on all my locations into a spreadsheet so i can update them. Can anyone out there give some assistance please?
The price paid is best found in the APInvDtl table. You will need to link it to APInvHed and Vendor to get the details you’ve described. If you need all the Costs, that will be in the PartTran table instead (link to POHeader and Vendor).
If you see the values you want on the screen, use Field Help to discover the table in which the value resides. Then the BAQ will often be able to show you linked tables (tables that have a known join between them).
