Manasa,

I did get the one-off fix, (2 DLL Files for the client), replaced those and now I can join tables to my heart’s content!

I wish I had followed thru on this YEARS ago.

So for reference, if anyone is left on 9.04.507A and has problems getting BAQ joins to work, get SCR 78693 from support.

Thanks for the push to do it.

That is the way I originally tried to do it, the way Manasa mentioned.
I went ahead and tried it again with a fresh BAQ and it still says there is more than one root table.
I did some looking way back in messages and there was a message saying something about a bug in 9.04.507a called out in SCR 78693.
I wonder if that’s the issue.

Sometimes when you addd a table and remove it , then add it etc.. BAQ Designer gets all sticky , just close re-launch and then do the joins like Manasa suggested

I am trying to join POHeader, PORel and PODetail, I keep getting the error that More than one root table is detected.
Can anyone tell me a way to join these tables in BAQ Designer.
I suspect there is another table that I need to use to accomplish this but I have not been able to figure it out.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Jim Moore

Jim,

I am on a newer version so not certain....

Did you open a new BAQ or could there be another table out of view?

These tables should join on there own.  Did you change the joins?

Thanks Kim
