Hi All,
E9.05.702A
I am trying to create a BAQ that will show the total value of all PO Receipts, related to a Project, that have not been invoiced through the Project Billing process.
My question is, is it possible to join summary tables together in a BAQ to get aggregate data from each summary table?
My test suggests no, but I thought I would ask.
My end goal is to have one row in the BAQ dataset per Project with a column that has the total value of uninvoiced PO receipts.
Unfortunately, the PartTran table does not have track the Project ID so it looks like I have to go from Project → PORel → RcvDtl → PartTran
I tried making PORel, RcvDtl, and PartTran summary tables. I added an aggregate field for each one: Count(PORel.PONum), Count(RcvDtl.PONum), and Total(PartTran.ExtCost)
I get a value for Count(PORel.PONum) (where applicable) but the other two aggregate fields are blank when there should be a value based on reviewing the data.
I suspect the issue is that I cannot join summary tables but I thought I would check with the group first.
Additionally, if this assumption is true, any other ideas on how I can achieve what I outlined above?
Thanks all.
