If it’s compatible, then yes.
Open up the baq in 7zip or rename to .zip and extract it. Change the version inside. Zip it back up and rename to .baq. Import again.

I’ve tried this but never succeeded.
I just want to be clear, it’s the “BAQVersion” file inside the zip? Is this the only thing to change?
So, I was sent a file at a higher version:
- File was at 4.2.300.0
- I am on 2021.2, aka 11.1.200, aka ICE 4.1.200 (right?)
- So I changed the file contents to 4.1.100 to be safe, and I get the error
(I also tried 4.1.200 last time and that failed also.)
To me, it’s not a very complicated BAQ that I was sent.

Yes.
When you zip it back up, you select only the files inside, not the folder.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
That did work.
I absolutely did not know that, though.
Double-solved!
