Often when I open a BAQ, the diagram grid is blank although the general tab clearly shows the text of the SQL. The only fix is to clear my cache and re-open Epicor. This happens daily!
Does this happen to anybody else and does anybody have a solution?

Is the view blank or are the components outside of the view boundaries?
i.e. form loads with the slider bars out of normal position?
No I tried that. Epicor told me to clear cache and log back in. Also, when I open the BAQ and don’t make any changes, it asks me if I want to save the file, so surely this is an issue.
Also, I have full control over th cache folder.
