Created a new BAQ. Works for multiple users except one. Whatever criteria this user enters in the tracker section of the BAQ then clicks Refresh, nothing displays.
The BAQ is a very simple design with only a few tables. Here are the Options for the user. Has anyone run into this before?
@Machzy, if the tables are CRM related (customers, sales order, etc), it’s related to Sales Territories/Work Forces (Sales Management > Customer Relationship Management > Setup > Work Force). The user in question would need to be an authorized user on a work force that is tied to the sales territory/ies that has access to the related data (you should just check the box for view all territories for their work force if they need to see everything)
