My management need a dashboard for BOM vs Actual vs Estimate Price, I got it from JobAsmbl but which column should I take?
You can take the estimated Unit Cost from the Job Material table, however, this is only the estimated price and will depend on how your parts are costed, FIFO, Standard, Average, Lot etc.
you could link in to the PartTran table, that should have the actual cost.

Treat the job assembly estimated material cost with skepticism. I’ve been seeing about 2 in 100 that go off the rails. When it’s wrong it’s always low. Sometimes it’s negative.
It’s not calculated on request from job requirements, it’s a copy of the total material cost that gets appended to without a validation of the resulting total when components change. If the job production quantity changes, then the total material cost gets recalculated, but changes to component material assume that all previous updates are correct.
