BAQ Calculated field issue

I think you're 'IF' statements need work, you are concerned with (2) different entities that can be True or False.

First 'if' evaluates Checkbox03 ,  but then 'else if' evaluates Checkbox04  ?

Don't you need to know the combined condition? Which one 'wins'?.

The previous suggestion below worked on a test system; for both LAST or ALL DMRActn

I a BAQ that is simple and I have created a couple calculated fields.  I am using  IF Then statement and stuck.....maybe I should be using something else...not sure.
 
If DMRHead.Checkoff3 = TRUE then 'Internal'
Else If DMRHead.Checkoff4 = TRUE then 'Supplier'
Else '' (Not sure what to put here)
Basically I want if Checkoff3 true to return Internal and if Checkoff4 True to return Suppler
 
The other one is similar; it is also going off Checkoff3 and Checkoff4.  I want t his one to leave the field blank if Checkoff3 true and if checkoff4 true I want to return a field from another table.

I tried this....
If (DMRHead.Checkoff3 = TRUE) then ('Internal')
Else (If (DMRHead.Checkoff4 = TRUE) then ('Supplier')
Else (''))
 
When I check the syntax I get a message...."Possible erroneous query detected. No tables are marked summary while aggregate functions are used in calculated fields.
 
I am not sure why I need my table to be marked as summary.  I only have DMRHead and DMRActn tables in query.

I've gotten that error whenever I remove all the summary tables from a query, even after I remove the aggregate functions.  Usually closing the calculated field window and reopening it causes the error to go away.  If you are using aggregate functions, those can only be run on summary tables.

I don't have the tables listed as summary.  I get the error when I change the DMRActn table to LAST.

I a BAQ that is simple and I have created a couple calculated fields.  I am using  IF Then statement and stuck.....maybe I should be using something else...not sure.
 
If DMRHead.Checkoff3 = TRUE then 'Internal'
Else If DMRHead.Checkoff4 = TRUE then 'Supplier'
Else '' (Not sure what to put here)
Basically I want if Checkoff3 true to return Internal and if Checkoff4 True to return Suppler
 
The other one is similar; it is also going off Checkoff3 and Checkoff4.  I want t his one to leave the field blank if Checkoff3 true and if checkoff4 true I want to return a field from another table.

Epicor 9.05.702a.....never had issue before.  I may just start over.
