You need to create it. Open up notepad, paste that code in there,
substitute the table and field names where appropriate and save it as
some name with a '.p' file extension in your Epicor directory

<your server>\mfgsys803\ Server.

Thanks Rob, I was looking at this option but wasnt sure if I needed to
create it or if the program was already there to attach as an Alert
Program?

Attach a .p program to the bam that will lookup and include the values
from the table you are monitoring. Some individual wiser than I gave an
example of this on the thread and it worked in a very cool fashion.

I'm triggering e-mails based on certain Task IDs in Case Entry. Is there
a way I can include key fields such as Task ID, Case Number, etc in the
e-mail using the BAM or do I need to use a method directive?

I dug up the example.

{ud/GlbAlert.i &TableName = "JobHead"}
Assign Email-Text = "Job Number: " + string(JobHead.JobNum)
+ "~nPart Number: " + string(JobHead.PartNum)
+ "~nRevision: " + string(JobHead.Revision).

Credit goes to Steven Gotschall who I believe provided this example..
