BAM Alerts based on Sales order

yes , Â that is exactly how I'm doing it.

The problem is when the Customer goes into 'Credit Hold' while Order Lines are being entered.

I going to change the Alert to 'fire' off of the OrderDtl table , switch my code around a bit.

I think if I get the BookDtl table involved... It gets updated after an OrderLIne is entered.

Have you considered creating a .P 4GL code to be called to do this with
an IF statement? If you have questions let me know.

Subject: [Vantage] BAM Alerts based on Sales order

Hi folks, on Vantage 6.10.541.

I have a BAM Alert set up to email Accounting, etc. if a Sales order is
entered for a Customer that is on 'Credit Hold'.

However, the Customer could go into Credit Hold while entering the
order.

Therefore, my Alert doesn't always work since I'm not sure which 'field'
in the OrderHed table to 'monitor' , I'd really like if there was a
field that 'updates' when selecting 'ok' after done with Order
Maintenance.

Shoukld I possibly be looking at the Bookings Tables (BookOrd, BookDtl )
?
