Since our upgrade to Epicor 10 we now have a balance condition on our Balance sheet of 897.00. we were able to determine where the difference came from by comparing it to our system (Vantage). Everything else ties perfectly. Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
You can do an unbalanced GL entry to rectify the error. There is a check box on Company config on GL tab. Make sure it is done after hours when no other entries are being done to prevent users from created an unbalanced entry unintentionally.
