How to override exemption certificate for one-time taxable purchase?

We have a situation where a customer who normally makes tax-exempt purchases for resale needs to make a one-time taxable purchase of a device for the customer’s own use. We have an exemption certificate set up in CertCapture for this customer but we need to override the normal re-sale exemption for this particular purchase. In the EpicCare Knowledge Base, I found KB0032478 - Exemption Overrides using Entity Use Codes in Tax Connect, but it seems a bit unclear to me. Has anyone attempted such an…
