Is anyone else having Avalara issues? Our A/P department has intermittently been getting an Avalara page that says ‘It’s not you, it’s us’ since Friday when trying to manage exemption certs.
Avalara’s status page at https://status.avalara.com says they’ve got 100% uptime and are fully operational.
We contacted our Avalara CAM, who 4 hours later told us to put in a support ticket, which we immediately did. No response yet (this is Tue morning now), so I asked to escalate it. We were told that standard support service levels have a 2 day response time, and they will only escalate this afternoon, unless we pay extra for premium service.
I’m beyond frustrated, especially considering how much we spend on Avalara annually. I get not getting support on weekends, but 2 days for a response?!!
