For us, it can read Autodesk Inventor 9 files, where the previous
version could not.

I have the solid model pro version associated with many file types for
the floor to view cad files that are attached to a part. I just received
the 19.0 and it doesn't have the Solid model pro version on it. What's
up with that or was ver 18.0 with solid model pro a mistake ??

I am finding a LOT of 3D and solid formats that will no longer work on my own PC where I tried an install.

Formerly (on my version 17.1 disk) in the install it would ask if you wanted to install Solid Model Professional or Document Management Professional. Now there is no such option on the install - it just takes off. Formerly the Solid Model Professional version seemed to incorporate all theDocument Management Professional features so that's what I installed.

Until I get this figured out I guess I won't be doing anything with 19.
