AutoPrinting 8.03.409C

We are on 8.03.408A Progress and we have a problem with generating the ASN
files. We use InSite Manifest and trigger the autoprint when the Invoice pulls
in the pack ID. If the shipment is Fedex or UPS, no file is ever generated. If
it is an LTL or truck, then the file is generated as expected. I can open a
Fedex or UPS pack ID and generate the file manually with no problems.

I suspect that the Header Misc Charges is the cause of the problem. When there
is a charge, the autoprint for the ASN doesn't work for some reason.

Does anybody ever run into a situation where the autoprinter just decides not to
print a certain document? And if so, is there something I can do to prevent it?
We are using the autoprinter to generate txt files for ASNs for EDI, and we have
had a couple where the autoprinter just did generate a file for them, even
though all of the flags are correct. This is kind of scary, as we won't know
which ones are missed unless we manually verify each file everyday. Thanks!

We have a similar problem on 9.04, about 1 out of 100 of our autoprinted sales order picklists (Bam auto print) dont't print and there is an error in the server log for each time as follows: ( we have an open on this)
