If it's a BAQ Report, I don't think there is a handy way of auto-emailing it. We've scheduled some of the normal Vantage AR Aging reports to run each week but they just sit there until the person who scheduled them (me!) logs into Vantage on the same PC that they were scheduled on. Then they get output to Altec doc-link which emails them to the relevant parties.
A much better option that we also use is to create reports in Crystal (using ODBC) and then schedule them using the free software Logicity (http://www.logicitysuite.com/). I find this brilliant - you can email in Excel or PDF, you can auto-print the report or you can auto-save it on your network.
