I am looking for ideas. Using 8.03.408B, I would like to automate the four-step process for non-conformance. In our world the results are nearly always the same. Parts are stamped that are found to be defective. The non-conforming quantity and reason are entered in Labor Entry, the non-conformance is saved in quality, then the inspection followed by the DMR.
I am looking for a way to automate this so that once the nonconforming quantity and reason are entered, all other fields in the process are completed. Has anyone done this, attempted this, or got an idea on how to do this? I am open to all suggestions and will share the solution with everyone once it is completed.
