Automatic emailing

I wrote an AutoRpts program that runs on the Vantage server and at a scheduled time it will process all reports in specific PRL's. Reports prefixed with EML- are e-mailed, HTM-, CSV- & TXT- are exported to a file and all others are printed to the default printer saved in the report. The program also loads and executes .P progress procedures as a solution (convert AutoRpts Report Builder reports to Progress Procedures) for preparing to move to Vantage 8.x since Report Builder will be gone with Vantage 8.x and still allowing the AutoRpts to execute automatically.

Yes it is possible. I e-mail approx 15 daily Report Builder reports each morning. Also run several additional ones weekly and at the end of Fiscal Periods.

I do this with MS Access reports using a MS macro and a batch file, but
I wouldn't know how to do it with report builder. If you want to do it
in access, I could help.
