If you're trying to clock people out automatically, don't forget about
ending activity on jobs. You're going to need manual adjustments to
avoid having 23 hours labour on their job for a quantity of zero. How
about daily error report (where labored.activetrans & payrolldate <
today)?
Brian.

Subject: [Vantage] Automated Clocking out of employees
Hi all,
We are anticipating that when we go live with Vantage we will face and
issue
with employee's not clocking out and subsequently entering labour
transactions
on the wrong payroll dates.
Is there a method of automatically clocking out employees. I was
thinking of
doing this 23hrs after a clock in time.
Any ideas,
Mark
PS we are using Vantage 8.0.409C
