Auto print out attachment

Hi,

User would like to print out certain attachment handled in their offline process (eg: PDF / Excel)

Currently after they create Job Entry, upon print Job Traveller, sometimes they will forget to attach the attachment. Is it possible to automate this process that upon print Job Traveller, the attachment will be print out together also?

  1. Create JR and attach document.

  1. I set the SSRS breaking / routing rule in this job traveller report.

  1. With get the attachment from docstar, direct print preview so user wont forget to print out.
    *But currently i am unable to drag out the “Take DocStar attachment” control.

I am not sure whether I am using the correct approach, any advice?

You must be licensed for the Advanced Print Routing module in order to take advantage of the “Take Docstar” widget. Looks like you’re on the right track though.
