Auto Print Blank Title 82992

There's a field on the Report Data Definitions and in Report Styles, that is
the type of report. I believe a couple options are "Base" and "Crystal".
Regardless, if these don't match, I know it causes problems similar to what
you're seeing.

Subject: [Vantage] Auto Print

I would like to set up a report (Material Tags) to auto-print. I created a
duplicate of the original data definition for a material tags report and
setup the printer and auto print rules, new report style, auto print
condition (using checkbox01 = true). Lastly I created a BAM rule using
LabortDtl table (having checkbox01 -report trigger and other needed fields).

However in the BAM's Action Tab, the report ID and report definition ID does
not appear (only generic job and Genjob); however it does allow me to create
the rules for the LaborDtl table which was added in the Data Definition
which has a relationship created between it and the MTlTags table.

Can anyone help, or does anyone have a successful example I can implement to
see what I am doing incorrectly?

Thanks in advance.

I have never done this, but I seem to remember that I once knew how to do it before old age set in.

How do you set up a report to auto print on a certain timed schedule?
First you have to create the schedule you'd like to print against. This is done in System Agent Maintenance under the Schedules tab.

Once you have that done, when you print, there's a Schedule field on the form. Just select the schedule you created above.

Thanks. I knew it was something simple like that, I just couldn't remember what or where it was.
