Auto-Print Blank Title 103425

I use the functionnality Auto-print, for print the sales order acknowledgement. In my BAM, I have alert program and the check auto-print is indicated. When the send alert is checked, when I create the quote and in my quote I create the order the auto-print work, but I print many pages. And when I print directhly in my order I have only one page. if possible on my send alert program to add the information for print only one page ?
