Hello. We are an on-premise user, but our IT has decided to move all of our external files to the box Content Cloud.
Does anyone have experience with that?
We did some testing and when attaching a document to anything in Epicor, it creates a path with the user’s direct link to the box directory. That user is able to open the file, but nobody else can.
