We have just upgraded from Epicor 10 to Kinetic. We store attachments on the ERP server, where Epicor is installed. I updated the file attachment locations, so when users attach files, they go to the correct location. The issue is that when they go to download an attachment, the location is pointing back to the old ERP server. The attachment was uploaded to the correct location, I can go in and find it on the new ERP server, the download link is the only thing wrong. I’ve checked everywhere I can think to find where this setting would be, but I’m coming up empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
