Attachments appear in Database but not on front end

How are these Epicor attachments stored? The front end doesn’t show any attachments, yet the Epicor database shows them when I run a query against the XFileAttach table.

Do you have the attachments turned on in company maintenance?

Yes we have attachments. The screenshot shows that there is one attachment but the database is showing that there are more somehow? These other attachments are for other jobs.

I forget what version but I remember having left over attachment records after deleting unfirm jobs, I’ll have to find the ticket. It was awhile ago.

Did this job start out as an unfirm job?

Don’t all jobs start as unfirm? Yes it was probably an MRP job and then was firmed up.

I should have said these were unfirm jobs generated by MRP we were seeing the issue with.

Are you also recycling MRP jobs?
