We are running 10.2.300.10 and every time we add an attachment to the order and select DocType, it gives a warning message. How can I stop this warning message?
I would say thats definitely a Bug #NoFacts. That Message should show up if you have an already attached Attachment and are changing the Doc type after the fact. I would report it to Epicor, not much you or I can do about it. It is probably hardcoded in the Attachment Adapter.
You would do a service to the community by taking the initiative and reporting it so we all can benefit from the fix within a few weeks
