We recently upgraded from 8.03 to 10.1.600 and when we try to view an attachment for a Part, we are getting the below error. Has anyone ran into this before?

It shows the attachment and when i click on ‘view’ is when I get the below error…

For those who find this article, the problem was that the “&1” was missing in the document association setup. Below is a screen shot.
If you delete the Document Association Maintenance record for PDF, what we will do is simply open the file with the associated program as set in Windows for that file extension.
I would recommend removing the record so that if someone wants to use another PDF program on their machine they can.
