Attachment cannot be added on maintenance screen

hi,

is it not possible to attach anything in maintenance job entry ?

it shows error like this application is not designed to work with attachments menu.

if this is standard, is there any work around?

Yes, there is issues with attachments in Maintenance. It is a known issue and Epicor said they will fix it someday. I know of no work arounds. You could open a ticket and see if Epicor has one.

This error has been identified and reported as a bug in the E10.2 version, with the SCR number ERPS-92778.
The bug fix is targeted from version 10.2.700

There is a workaround for this issue:
Under tree view in the maintenance job entry,right click on the Material or Operation, and select Add new attachment.
