I hope I don't confuse you more.
But look under Document Management Function & Document Association in
your Vantage help. (I'm on version 6.1)
We add drawings to our Jobs through the Job entry or update the header.
Look for the "drawing" icon. It's looks like drawing tools.
When the engineers add a drawing I have them use the path with the
server name like "\\fileservername\pathto file\and file name" the
reason for this is that not everyone has identical drive mappings. So
for the engineers they might see the file as f:\path\filename but
someone else might see it as g:\path\filename.
