Here’s the issue I’m currently facing that I need help resolving .
I have an asset placed in service on 01/01/2020. The depreciation convention is service date.
This asset has multiple asset additions.
1st Addition : 5,000$ was processed and posted on the 01/01/2020 (January)
2nd Addition : 10,000$ was processed and posted on the 03/01/2020 (March)
I realized that the module is posting retroactively the 2nd addition of 10,000$ for the period of January and February 2020. But I want the depreciation for the 2nd addition to start only as of March. Is there a way to do this ?
