Hi,
I use corbusiness quite extensively. Epicor (uk) do provide training.
I have found corbusiness with the vbi quite intuitive. The VBi helps
alot as a lot of the base information/queries exist.
There is http://www.support.corvu.com/documentation/ which has
documentation. You will need a login and password, which epicor should
be able to supply.
There is a support web page here as well.
One word of warning , there is patches on this website. I wouldn't use
these patches unless they have been approved by epicor because,
rarely, they upset the VBI.
There are other corvu products which are available which don't get
bundled with the VBI which range from useful to high end performance
management.
It sounds like I am corvu salesperson! I haven't used Vantage V8 so it
maybe that some functionality exists in that. My understanding is the
V8 Vbi is largely the same and uses the same corbusiness version.
There is yahoo corvu user group which is useful but is moderated by
corvu so sometimes the messages take a long time to approve but I
believe membership does require approval.
I hope this helps.
