I noticed in Kinetic that if I create a new AR Invoice Group it shows in use (and acts as in use) by me. Even if I close out. The only way I could clear it was opening it in classic view. When I went back in the group in Kinetic it never showed back in use by me. Has anyone else noticed issues with AR groups showing in use?
Looks like it’s not going to do that in the browser. When I tested that out in the browser for both AP and AR the active user ID never populated at all, (when making a new group in either, or opening an existing group). Fun that it locks you out of the groups that do have an active user though, so you would have to go into classic to clear it out if you had to.
yeah, I played with it some more and noticed that too. I did open a ticket with support. They were kind of helpful. A little has changed with the Kinetic views. You can manually lock and unlock your own group. There is a little pad lock icon you click to do this. But If another user has a locked group…well waiting to hear back form support. I know in other versions you could run a conversion to unlock it.
