AR Aging - how does it calculate?

We just noticed that there are invoices that were setup to be paid "net
30 days" and now are a couple of days past that and yet they are still
showing as "current" on our aging report.



How does Vantage calculate Agings? Shouldn't anything that was due
within 30 days be "Over 30" after the due date passes? Our Credit
Manager wants me to combine the Current column with the Over 30 column
which seems ridiculous to me. But, before I can attempt to say no I have
to explain reasonably why this is happening.
