Apply customization 8.03.407A

When you create a customization and wish to deploy it, go to menu
maintenance and find the form (each iteration within the menu
structure, or a particular instance) and there is a field to choose an
associated customization.

I customized the change log viewer for Sales Orders, but cannot find it
in Menu Maintenance or Context Menu Maintenance. Where can I go to apply
the customization?
