Application Error when trying to log in

After the server rebooted, we can’t log in Epicor and got the following error, and we also have issue with Start Task Agent (Cannot Save Task Agent Settings). Please help and thanks.

The exact error is written in the Event log on the server machine.

Search for Event viewer. Inside it look into Application log and in Epicor specific logs, there are several.
