So, we’re SaaS and flexed our upgrade, so we’re in that window of testing on PILOT before an upgrade next month. We’re running all Kinetic forms. I’ve got a user who can’t open Lot Tracker on the PILOT DB, it’s specific to just that user. Tech Support think’s it’s related to a personalization they have, and the fix was to wipe out ALL the user’s personalizations, not just their personalization on Lot Tracker.
I’m looking for the equivalent that does what Customization Maintenance does for the classic customizations/personalizations - only for the Kinetic forms. Certainly I should be able to remove ONE user’s personalization on ONE form?
