There has been some good communication in this 5.1 upgrade discussion. It's
apparent what we're all good, caring people in this group. And after this
last thread, it seems that Epicor's collective heart is in the right place,
and that their "ears are on". It should be equally apparent that the users'
level of frustration with the product is way up there. And having been on a
software development team, I'm certain when I tell you it's the same on the
Vantage software team. Both ends need keep the same goal in focus - to have
a useful software tool.
Both groups working together will get us there. Blaming one another won't.
This isn't a football game - it's more of a ground zero effort. Nothing
beats good old frank communication. Epicor, we're not a bunch of blithering
weirdos - our feedback is invaluable to you. Yahoo group, Epicor has issues
it has to deal with too - if they're listening, they'll hear you. Keep
talking.
