Hello, we are currently using APM for sending mostly bills to our customers.
It works well on a Windows 10 computer.
But recently one users has said yes to deploy Windows 11 on his Laptop… and now the APM is no longer working.
Can anyone help me where I can get a Windows 11 compatible driver for it?

Our APM installation is running on Server 2016. The clients print (emf format) to a virtual printer on the server which captures and processes the documents. windows 7 through 11 clients have no problems printing to the virtual printer
I have at least 2 clients successfully using APM on Windows 11 local PCs. Exactly how is your user “no longer working”?
Our APM printer on the server used the LaserJet 5 driver.

The printer is a shared printer on the server where APM resides. We connect to the server select the shared printer to add and it usually works by adding the shared printer to the user computer… But here, selecting the printer … it does not want to connect. I do not have an error message for now …(user not avail) but will try tomorow to redo the process…and add the results here.
Unless there is a better way to setup the printer ?
Problem solved.
For some reason, our admin account was not on the allowed users list of the shared printer. Thus not allowing us to add it to the user…
